We do not provide medical care, therapy services, or in-home nursing support.

3. Application Accuracy

All applications must be completed honestly and accurately. Submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial of housing or termination of residency.

4. Resident Conduct

We maintain a safe and respectful community. Residents must treat staff, fellow residents, and property with courtesy and care.
Violence, harassment, illegal activity, or substance misuse is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Responsibilities

Residents are required to make payments on time in accordance with their housing agreement. Failure to meet payment obligations may lead to late fees, restrictions, or removal from the program.

6. Termination of Housing

Housing may be terminated if a resident repeatedly violates community rules, fails to meet financial responsibilities, or poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others.
